REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

Please read the manual for better service, Once you follow the manual there will not be any requirement of return or replacement. As we send only tested products.


Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Orders can only be canceled if the request is made within a few hours of the order being placed. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it immediately goes to our warehouse for fulfillment and cannot be changed. Additionally, promotional and discount codes cannot be applied post-order, nor can their effects.

To return or replace a product ordered from Trueies Smart Surveillance, just follow the below procedure: Trueies Smart Surveillance offers you a hassle-free Returns & Replacement Policy. You may return any unopened item in its original packaging, Within 1 day of shipment receipt, for a full refund (courier/shipping charges for both sides will be filled by the customer). This policy does not apply to offer product orders.

Replacement conditions:

*Product is damaged while delivery.
*Product is not working at the time of delivery. 

*Replacement not included if product Short Circuits, Damages or Broken.

No return or replacement applicable on OFFER Products. 

No Return or Replacement: Loss or damages resulting from unauthorized adaptations/adjustments/tampering/improper installation of the product are not covered. Also, Accidental/Physical/Water damages and damages due to High Voltage burnouts are out of the purview.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please return the material back to us and we will issue a full refund (less courier/shipping charges) upon receipt of material & quality check. When you return a product, please email us the reason and we will send you an RMA number and address where to return the product. Please place the item along with the with RMA number, original invoice into secure packaging, and ship it back to the address given in the email you received. Once we check the product & get assured that it is in the same condition as we have sent. We will refund the full cost of the returned item, deducting courier charges. If the product is not in the condition as sent by us, there will be a deduction depends upon the condition of the product. (min 50%)

If you receive a damaged item from Trueies Smart Surveillance:

We take great care in packaging our products so they are transported worthy. Nonetheless, if an item ordered by you on Trueies Smart Surveillance was delivered in a damaged condition, please email us at shop@trueies.com  within 24 hours of material receipt. We will contact the courier partner and initiate a transit damage claim. Once the material is received back, replacements will be sent out to you.

Timeline and mode of refund:

We will initiate your refund process after we receive the package. Refund will be credited within 7-10 working days to the same payment option(s) originally used to make payment while placing the order.
